California's Witness Protection Program was started in 1998 with 3 million dollars in state funding. Today, nine years later, the program's caseload has risen 70 percent but the funding hasn't changed at all. Host Scott Shafer spent time with a young woman who's in the program after testifying against the man who killed her two-year-old son to see how it's changed her life. Reporter: Scott Shafer
