The Air Force is trying to get rid of tons of radioactive dirt on a defunct military base outside Sacramento. But no facility in California is licensed to dispose of the dirt. Now, the Air Force is planning to build a radioactive waste dump on the base. Reporter: Katharine Mieszkowski
