Right in the middle of winter citrus season, California growers are in a pitched battle against a tiny bug from south Asia. This week a quarantine goes into effect in Tulare County in a bid to stop the spread of the Asian Citrus Psyllid to other parts of the state -- but it may be too late.
Rachael Myrow talks with entomologist Mark Hoddle, extension specialist director of the Center for Invasive Species Research at UC Riverside. He's been working at the forefront of efforts to battle the bug.
